Withholding & Blocking Funds: Transaction requests may be declined, delayed, or withheld if fraud, error, bonus abuse, or regulatory intervention is suspected. Funds relating to unresolved disputes may be frozen until a final determination.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations & Exclusions

Limitation of Compensation

Maximum Liability: In no event shall casinodarwin's liability, whether for breach, negligence, or other cause, exceed the value of the bet or amount deposited by the Player for the affected transaction.
No Consequential Damages: Casinodarwin shall in no circumstances be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including loss of profits or opportunity).
Player Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless casinodarwin, its parent company Delaware North Companies, Inc., and all affiliates against losses or damages incurred due to breach of these Terms or unlawful use of darwin.casino.

Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright & Trademarks: All content on darwin.casino-including text, images, graphics, software, audio, and video-is the exclusive property of casinodarwin or its licensors and protected by copyright law in Australia and internationally.
Prohibition on Unauthorised Use: No part of darwin.casino materials may be reproduced, copied, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of casinodarwin.

Termination & Suspension

Grounds for Termination: Casinodarwin may suspend or close a Player's account at its discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure of verification, suspected fraud or bonus abuse, self-exclusion requests, or regulatory orders.
Procedure: In the event of account suspension or closure, the Player will be notified via registered email. Account funds, net of any withholdings related to breaches or outstanding investigations, will be returned to the Player using the original payment method unless prohibited by law.
